~ An~• deficienc~• in the ar~ount of such aggregate monthly payment shall, unless made good by the mortgagor
~ prior to the due date of the next such payment, constitute an event of default under this mortgage. The mortgagee
;na~~ collect a"late charge" not to exceed two cent's (2e) for each dollar (SI) of each payment more than fifteen
i15) da~•s in arrears to cover the extra expense involved in handling delinquent payments.
~ 3. That if the total of the payments made by the mortgagot under (b) of paragraph 2 preceding sha11 exceed
~ the amount of pa}•ments actually made by the mortgagee. Eor ground rents, taxes and assessments and insurance
; prem~um~, as lhe case may be, such excess shail be credited b}• the mortgagee on subsequent payments to be
