Personally appeared before me, the undersigned authority,
CHARLES ALBERT FILBY, a single man, and the sole heir at law
of Rathleen Scheldrup and Arent Scheldrup, her huaband, who
beinq duly sworn, thereupon dcposes and says as follaws, to-wit: ;
l. That he is the adopted son of KATHLEEN M. FILBY
as it is more particularly set out fn the Certificate of
Adoption attached hereto by reference made a part hereof and
marked Exhibit
2. That his mother KATNLEEN M. FILBY divorced his
father ALBERT R. FILBY on August 4, 1939 as is nare particularly
set out in the Final Judgment of Divorce attached.hereto by
re ference made a part hereof and marked Exhibf t NBM .

3. That on June 10, 1939 his mother KATHLEEN FILBY ~
married ARENT SCHELDRUP as hia more particularly set out in
the marriage certificate attached hereto by reference made
a part hereof and marked Exhibit "C".
4. That ARENT SCHEL,~RUP died in St. Lucie County,
Florida in the year 1965 leaving an estate of less than ~
$20,000.00 and upon which there are no outstanding debts
at the tin~ of this Affidavit.
S. That his mother, RATHLEEN SCHELDRUP died on December
1, 1970, said death being more particularl described in the ~

part hereof and marked Exhibit "D".
6. That he is the sole hefr at law of the said
KATHLEEN SCHELDRUP who has died in testate and who has left
an estate of less than $25,000.00. ~
7. That all of the debts and oblfgations of the aforesaid
oH~LIP G. NOURSE estate of his mother have been paid in fu21.
