Upon receipt by Assigaee of aotice of the occurrence of any of the
aforementioned events, this assigaement shall sutomatically take
effect and the Assignee shall become liable for the prompt paycieat
of the reat aad for the due perforanaace of all of the obligatioas of
the Assignor under the aforesaid Lease.
