Tbe City of Fort Pierce, Florida, hereby coasents to the assigauent

between said City aad Indian River 'Iinerals of Florida, Inc. and ~

1970, to Uaited States Steel Corporation oa the express condition that ~

both the Assignar (Indian River Minerals of Florida, Inc.) and the ~
Assignee (Uaited States Steel Corporatioa) shall remaia liable for
the pro~pt payment of the reat and for the due performance of all the
obligations of the party of the secoud part (Indian River Minerals
of Florida, Inc.) under the said lease and Addendum, and that no
further assignment of said lease or sublettiag of the premises, or
any part tt~reof, shall be made without its writtea coasent first
beiag obtained. '
IN WITNESS WNEREOF, the City of Fort Pierce has caused its muaicipal
name to be signed hereunto by its undersigned duly authorized ~
