TWENTY-SSOOND SIIPPLEMENTAL INDENTIIRE, dated as of
March 1, 1971, made bp and betw een Fi.oains Ges Taaxsniissiox
Con~psxsr (formerly named Houaton Tezas Cfas and Oil Corporation,
said name being herein called "Honaton"), a Delaware corporation
(herein called the '~Company"), partp of the first part, and Bsx$~xs
Tx~•sT Coa~exY, a New York corporation, as trnstee (berein called the
'~Trnstee") nnder the respeative Mortgages and Deeds of Trnst, aa
heretofore or Lereafter amended, anpplemented, restated and consoli-
dated, referred to below (herein called the "Indentnre"), party of the
second part, and BeBx~rr F~sT Ns~oxsi. Bexg oF JecgsoxvII.i.x (for-
merlp named The Barnett National Bank of Jacksonville a national
banking association; as co-trnstee nnder said respective Mortgages and
Deeds of Trnst of Honston and of Coastal Transmission Corporation
(merged into the Company and herein called "Coastal"), as heretofore
or hereafter ~imended, supplemented, restated and consolidated (herein
called the "Florida Co-Trnstee"), party of the tlurd part (the Trustee
and the Florida Co-Trustee being herein together called the "Trus- ;

~ ~iortgage Pipe Line Bonds, namely, its 51/2% Series due Jnly 1, 1979
E (herein called the "Bonda of the 1979 Series"), its 53/.~q'o Series dne
January 1,1982 (herein called the "Bonds of the 1982 Series"), its 6~0
~ Series due November 1, 1936 (herein called the "Bonds of the 1986
~ Series"), its 67/8% Series dne Angnst 1, 1987 (herein called the "Bonds _
of the 1987 Series"), and its 9~% Series dne Jannary 1, 1990 (herein
~ called the "Bonds of the 1990 Series"), nnder its Indentnre, consisting
~ of said respective ~iortgages and Deeds of Trnst, dated as of Jannary
1, 19a9, as hereteofore amended, supplemented, restated and consoli-
dated by certain Supplemental Indentnres, dated as of certain dates
and otherwise identified as follov~s (First throngh Seventh each being
~ sepArAte Supplemental Indentnrea of Honaton and Coastal) :
