oonfirm nnto the Trnstees and give fnrther asenrance to them with
respect to, certain property Leretofore acquired by the Company and
to set forth the terms of snch new Seriea of Bonds; and
Waasass, the eaecntion and delivery of this Snpplemental Inden-
tnre have been dnly authorized by the Company; and
Wa~es, all conditions and requirements neceseary to anthorize
the eaecution, ac~owledgment and delivery of this Snpplemental In-
dentnre, and to make the Indentnre, as snpplemented hereby, a valid,
binding and legal instrument for tlie security of the Bonda issaed and
to be issned therennder, and to make the Bonds of the 1991 Seriea,
when dnly ezecuted by the Company and anthenticated by tbe Trastee
and dnly issued, the valid and legally binding obligations of the Com-
pany, have been complied with or have been done and performed; and

~ as snpplemented by this Supplemental Indentnre and as the 8ame
