mental thereto to assign to, pledge and mortgage, nnder the In~entnre
with tbe Trustee, and nnder, in and to all revisiona, altsrationa, modi-
Scations, amenciments, ahanges, e~ctenaions or renewals of or replace-
ments for all of the foregoing which are hereafter entered into, the
Campany, however, remaining liable to observe and perform all the
conditions and covenants in said contracts and agreemente provided
to be observed and performed by it. Copies of the contracts and agree-
ments desaribed in said Ezhibit ~~D", certiSed by the Secretarp or an
Asaistant Searetary of the Company, to be true copiea of the originals
thereof, have been lodged ~ith the Trnstee simultaneously with the
ezecntion hereof. ~
Snbject to the provisions of ~rticle 13 of the Indentnre, all right,
title and interest of the Company nnder, in and to all contracts and
agreements providing for the eale, delivery or eaehange by the Com-
pany of natnral gas or for the pnrchase or transportation by the Com-
panp of natnral gas, hereafter entered into by the Gompany, wluch
the Company is reqnired by ~ 7.02 of the Indentnre to sasign to and
pledge and mortgage with the Traatee nnder the Indentnre.

Together with all and singnlar the tenemente, hereditaments and
appnrtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to the aforeeaid
property or any part thereof, ~vith the revision and reversions, re-
mainder and remainders, and, snbject to the provisione of Articles
and 8 of the Indenture, the tolla, rents, revennes, issues, earnings~ in-
come, prodacta and profita thereof, and all the estate, rigbt, title, inter-
eet and claim whatsoever, at law se well as in equity, which the
