DBSCRIPTION OF $ONDB OF THE 1991 S$BIES

f Bo~nds o
f t)re 1991 Series. The
Bonds of the 1991 Series shall be designated as "First ~iortgage Pipe
Line Bonds, 83/4`yo Series dne ~farch 1, 1991." The aggregate prin-
cipal amonnt of the Bonds of the 1991 Series which map be authen-
~ ticated and issned shall be limited to $i8,000,000 principal amonnt,
~ eacept as egpres3ly provided in ~.2.04, ~ 2.07', ~ 2.09, ~ 2.10, ~ 2.II, ~ 2.14,
i ~ s.oz and ~ 16.08 of the Indenture. The Bonds of the 1991 Series ahall
t be eaecnted, anthenticated and delivered in accordance with the pro-
~ ti°isions of y~ 4.03 and/or ~ 4.04 of the Indentnre, shall have the terma and
~ provisions set forth in this Article 2, and shall be subject to all of the
~ terms, conditions and covenants of tLe Indentnre, as snpplemented and
~ modified by tLis Supplemental Indentnre; provided, however, that no
~ Boncls of the 1991 Series shall be authenticated and delivered pnrsnant
to ~~.04 of the Indentnre unless the Company shall have elected in
~ accordance with ~ 4.04(b) of the Indenture to withdravv the cash de-
~ ~~osited ~itl~ the Trustee at the time of such anthentication and delivery
~ onls in accordance n ith g 9.04(a) and/or ~ 9.04(b) of the Indentnre.
~ The Bonds of the 1991 Seriea und the certificate of authentication to
c be endorsed thereon shall be snbstantially in the followina forms,
- respectively (provided that any portion of the teat of the Bonds of
= the 1991 Series may be set forth on the reverse thereof, with an appro-
~ priate reference thereto on the face of the Bonds) :
