on the Bonds, in which case from 3iarch 1, 1971; such interest
payable on any 1liarah 1 or September 1 shall (snbject to certain
egceptions provided in the Indenture) be puid to the person in
whose name this Bond, or the Bond in ezchange or substitution
for which this Band shall have been issued, shall have been
registered at the close of bnsiness on the February 15 or Augnst 15,
as the case may be, nezt preceding such liarch 1 or September 1.
This Bond ia one of a dnly anthorized issue of Bonda of the
Company (herein called tbe "Bonds") of the series hereinafter
