~ 2.02. Date af maturity and i~terest rate. All Bonds of the 1991
Series shall mature on liarch 1, 1991 and shall bear interest as pro-
vided therein at the rate per annnm specified in the title thereof. Euch
Bond of the 1991 Series shall be dated the date of its anthentication and
interest shall be payable on the principai represented therebp from
the ~iarch 1 or September 1, as the case may be, nezt preceding the date
thereof to whieh interest has been paid, nnless the date thereof is a
~tarch 1 or September 1 to ~ hich intereat has been paid, in which case
such interest shall be payable from snch ~farch 1 or September 1, or
unless such date is prior to the payment of any interest on the Bonds
of tLe I991 Series, in ~vhich case anch interest ahall be payable from
Dtnrch 1, 1971. Such interest shall be paid to the Registered Holder of
such Bond, or, not~ ithstanding the cancellation thereof, the Bond or
Bonds of the 1991 $eries in eachange or snbstitution for which such
Bond shail have been issued, at the close of business on the applicable
record date; provided, bo~rever, that if the Company shall defanlt in the
paSment of tl~e interest dne on any interest papment date on the prin-
cipai represented by any Bond of the 1991 Series, such defaulted in-
terest shall be paid to the Person in whose name snch Bond (or any
Bond or Bonds of the 1991 Series isaned upon tranafer or eachange
tl?creof ) is registered on a subseqnent record date established by
notice given bv mail by or on behalf of the Company to the holders
of I;onds of the 1991 Series not less than 10 days preceding snch snb-
~equent record date. The term "record date" as used in this ~ 2.0.2 shall
mean, with respect to Any'~iarch 1 or September 1, the close of business
on t}ie February 15 or August 15, as the case may be, next preceding such
~tarcli 1~r September 1 or, in the cuse of defaulted interest, the close of
l,usir~ess on any subsequent record date established as provi~'ed ubove.
