Certificute of Available (~as Snpply is Sled, to and including the sinking
fnnd redemption date immediately preceding the terminal date under
such Certificate, such principal amount of Bonds of the 1991 Seriea to
be redeemed on each sinking fnnd redemption date as so determined
being allocated proportionately, as nearly as may be im m~ltiples of
$1,Q00, so thnt such aggregate principal amount of Bonds of the 1991
Series sl~all be redeemed not later than the sinking fnnd redemption
date immediately preceding snch terminal date, provided, however,
that the principal amount of Bonds of the 1991 Series to be redeemed
on each sinking fund redemption date under such fnrther revision of
the schedule of sinking fund redemptions shall be not le~ss than the
principal amount of snch Bonds which wonld bave been scheduled
to be redeemed on snch sin~ng fnnd redemption date pnrsnant to
~ 2.07(a) hereof if no revision of the sinking fnnd schednle had been
made pnrsnant to this ~ .2.08.
: (e) Further readjustment of si~n7cing fund provisions if the date of
exhaustio~i of available gas supply is later than February 28, 1993. If
` any 1991 Certificate of Available (~as Snpply Sled with the Trnstee in
! any year after a revision sl~all have been made in the schednle of sinking
; fund redemptions shall state that the date of ezhanstion of available
~ gas supply is a date later than Febrnary 28, 1993, the schednle of
~ remaining sinking fund redemptions for Bonds of the 1991 Series, so
~ long as any of snch Bonds sball remain Ontstanding, shall be that
~ determined pursnant to ~ 2.tri(a) hereof nnless subsequently adjusted
pursuant to this ~ 2.08.

~ (f) Notice to Trustee and Bondholders of reti~ised schedule of sink-
~ i~:g fu»d redemptio~s. If the schednle of sinking fnnd redemptians
~ shall be required at any time to be revised as provided in this ~ a.08,
the Company shall promptly file with the Trnstee an O~cers' Certifi-
~ cate setting forth the revised schednle, and, within a reasonable time
~ after receipt of such Ott'icers' Certificate, the Trustee ahall mail a copy
~ thereof to each Registered Holder of the Bonds of the 1991 Series tlien
~
Outstanding.
2° (g) Definitions of certain ter~ns. For purposes of this Supple-
' inental Indentnre the terms defined in this subdiuision (g) shall liave
~ the meanings herein specified and, eacept aa other~vise deSned or
~ espressly provided herein, the terms which are defined in drticle 1 of
