(3) the factors to be considered, referred to in clause (.I) of
this paragraph, shall inelude (i) the eaistence and potential eust-
~ ence of prnven gas reserves (inalnding gas in solntion or in a
common resert~oir with oil or distillate and to be produced with such
oil or distillate in the forn~ of casinghead gas and other forms of
gas which may become available), (u) the location of snch reservea
in relation to the Pipe Line Spstem, (iii) the econonuc deliver-
ability ta the Pipe Line S~ stem of gas produced from snch reserves
. (iv) the dedication of ans portion of such reserves to Persons
(including Transportation Customers or the Company, as the
case n~ay be) other than the Company or Transportation Cus-
tomers, as the case may be, (v) the effect of any applicable laws,
regulations or orders reqniring the establishment and mainte-
nance of mini.mnm gas reserves, (vi) tLe effect of any applicable
proration laws, regnlationa or orders, (vii) tbe relative rates of
v~ithdravrals for the Company and others (including Transporta-
tion Cnstomers) from snch reserves v~hich may reasonably be
ezpected, (viii) the eatent to ~hich, by methods enrrentlp in nse,-
gas may be physicallp prodnced withont damage to the reaervoira,
(iz) geological factors or other factors affecting deiiverability,
(a) topographical and other physical obstacles tending to make
de~ elopment of snch reserves not feasible, and (ai) all of.her
pertinent factora relative to snch reservea; and
(4) the gas snpply of a Transportation Cnstomer shall be
inclnded in avaiiable gas snpply only to the eatent of the qnan-
titp of gas that the Company is obligated contractnally at the
determination date to transport thereafter for snch Traneportation
Cnstomer or, if greater, to the extent speci8ed in the proviso of
clause (1) of this paragraph.
Such Certificate shati give all snch otLer information and details, in-
clnding withont limitation the psia and Fahrenheit temperatnre nsed
in making any computations, as may be necessary or appropriate for
proper evalnation of the matters therein aet forth.
The ternn "terminal date" shall mean, for pnrposea of this ~.2.08,
the date two years prior to the date specified in any 1991 Certificate of
Available Gas Snpply as the date of eahanation of a~silable gas aupply.
