. to the eatent that snch Property Additions were not in nse ~
or in anp v~ ay prodnctive of revenues during the period of I2
consecutive Calendar ~ionthe specified pnrsuant to paragraph
(1) of this subdivision (a); .
(5) the principal features in general terms of the ez-
pansion or construction program for pnrposes of which appli- ~
cation is being made for the anthentication and delivery
of the Additional Bonds, and the nature of the facilitiea oon-
strneted or aoqnired or to be constructed or acquired in carry-
ing ont such program; the estimated coet to the Compeny,
which ahall be not lesa than $20,000,000, of the Property Addi-
tions inclnded in snch facilities, the cost of property constitut-
ing or which will constitnte snch Property Additions and which
were acqnired or constructed during the period of 12 consecn-
tive Calendar Diontha specified pursuant to paragraph (1) of .
this subdivision (a), and the portion of snch cost clearly at-
tributable to property which was not in nse and was not in
any way productive of revenues dnring said period; and
the estimated amonnt of all appropriations for depreciation,
amortization and depletion to be charged by the Company on .
its books for Property Additions included in snch facilities
dnring the first 12 Calendar ~onths after tLe completion of
snch eapansion or conatrnction program, ~chich amonnt shall
be determined on a straight line basis and shall not be lese -
than 3~9'0 of the estimated cost of such Property Additiona;
(6) that none of ench ezpansion or construction program -
has theretofore been made the basis for the antl~entication of
Additional Bonds pnrsnant to thia ~ 4.01; and that the Com-
pany ezpects to complete such e$panaion or constrnation
program within two yeara f rom tbe date of said certificate ;
(7) that the terms used in sneh certificate which are de-
fined in drdicle 1 of the Indentnre or in thia ~ 4.01 are nsed as
therein defined.
(b) In the event tbat the period of 12 Calendar Months
apecified in any Officers' CertiScate reqnired to be filed with the
; Trnstee by subdivision (a) of this ~ 4.01 is a period with respect
to which an annnal report ie required to be filed by the Company
