of the 1991 Series and Bonds of any snLseqnent Series if the aupple-
mental indentnre creating the Bonds of such snbsequent Series shall .

tnre, is in all respects ratified and confirmed by thia Supplemental
Indentnre; and the Indentnre, as heretofore amended and snpple-
