(g), § 4.01 or as herein otherwise ezpreasly provided, alI capitalized
terms contained in this Supplemental Indentnre which are defined in
the Qranting Clanses or ~rticle 1 of the Indentnre, shall for all pnr-
poses hereof have the reapective meanings given to such terms in the
(3ranting Clanses or in ~rticle 1 of the Indenture.

Althongh this Snpplemental Indentnre for convenience and for the
pnrpose of reference ia dated as of March I, 1971, the autnal dats of
eaecntion by the partiea is as indicated bp their reapective achnowl-
edgments hereto anneaed.

insert,ed herein for convenience only and ahall not be deemed to affect
- the meaning or construction of any of the provisions hereof.
