binding itself, its snocesaors and assigna, not to sell, alienate or en- ~

prejndice of this Supplemental Indentnre, ezcept in oampliance with
and upon the terms and oonditions atated in the Indentnre, and the
Trnstee ~erein named ia named as pledgee and mortgagee for the bene- -
fit of itself and of the holdera and ownera of Bonda iesned hereunder,
and the Trnstee is bereby irrevocably appointed agent of the owners
aud holdera of said Bonds issued hereunder and is veated with full ~
powers to effeot and enforce the pledge and mortgage Lereby created. :
Whenever such action is otherwise permitted or anthorized nnder the ~
terms of the Indentnre, the Trnstee hereby consents that the Company `
may carry or tranaport any movable property snbject to the ~ien ~
hereof permanently beyond the territorial limits of any atate in wluch
snch property may be located at the time.
