and npon being by me du2y sworn did acknowledge and say that they
are, a Trast Officer and an Assistant Caehisr, respectivelp, of Barnett
First National Banh of Jackeonville, appeared before me in my aaid
connty this day in peraon and severally acknowledged to me tbat they,
being first therennto dnly authorized by said corporation, ezeQnted,
signed, sealed with LLe corporate sea1, and delivered the said inatra
ment for Barnett First National Bank of Jac,ksonville on tlus day as
the free and volnntary act and deed of said corporation and as their
own free and volnntary aat and deed, for the uses, pnrposes and con- ;
