acqnired by it since that date, referenee being made to the Indenture
for a description thereof, and fnrther ezpresaly eacepting and ezclnding
from the Indentnre and from the Lien and operation tLereof all prnp-
ertp heretofore duly released from the I.ien of the Indentnre.
