DEED NO. 19115-A
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned,
the State of Florida Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement
Trust Fund, under authority of law, for and in consideration of
the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars, to it in hand paid, has granted,
bargained and sold, and does by these presents grant, bargain, sell
and convey, unto ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a political subdivision of the
State of Florida, and its successors and assiqns, the following
described lands, to-wit:
All of Fractional Section 20, Townshio 35 South,_
Range 41 East, LESS the South 338 feet thereof,
containing 6.3 acres, more or less, and lying and beinq
in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, anythinq herein to the contrary not-
withstandinq, this deed is given and granted upon the express
condition subsequent that the Grantee herein or its successors
and assigns shall never°sell or convey or lease the abovedescribed `
land or any oart thereof to any private person, firm or corpora-
~ tion for any private use or purpose, it beinq the intention of
~ this restriction that the said lands shall be used solely for
; public recreational purposes.

~ 'r It is covenanted and aqreed that the above condit'ions subsequent
j shall run with the land and any violation thereof shall render
~ - this deed null and void and the above-described lands, shall, in
~ V_ such evPnt, revert to the Grantors or their successors.
~ ~ SAVING AND RESERVING unto the said State of Florida
~ Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund and its

~ ~ successors, an undivided three-fourths interest in, and title in
€ and to, an undivided three-fourths interest in all the phosphate,

3 minerals and metals that are or may be in, on, or under the said

~ land and an un3ivided one-half interest in all the

; or may be in, on, or under said land with the privilege to ~rttne
