Affgirs, an Officer of the United States of America, end his successors in such office, as such, and his or their assigns, ~ ~S t hereinafter called the Mortgagee, ' ` . . • WITNESSETH, that for vatuable considerations, the said Mottgagor dcea tf~t+ebyrgant~ b~urgain, sell and convey unto ihe said Mortgagee and his assigns, all that certajn parcel of land of which the said , Mortgagor is now seized and pos~essed and in actual possession, situ8ted in tl~e Countiy of St. Lucie and State of Florida, described as follows: Lots 31 8nd 32, Block 2, FAIRLAWN SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 6, page S, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Together with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the rents, issues and pro~ts of the above described property (provided, however, that the Mortgagor shall be entitled to collect and retain the said rents, issues and profits until default hereunder); and all fiaturea now or here- after attached to or used in connection with the premises herein described and in addition thereto the fol- lowing described household appliances, which are and shall be deemed to be, fixtures and a part of the realty, and are a portion of the security for the indebtedness herein mentioned. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, and every part thereof, with the appurtenances of the said Mortgagor in and to the same, and every part and parcel thereof, unta the said Mortgagee in fee simple. The Mortgagor hereby covenants with the Mortg~gee, that he is seized of said land in fee simple or such other estate, if any, as is stated herein; and Lhat said Mortgagor dces hereby fully vvarrant the title to said land, and every part thereof, and will defend the same against the lawful claima of all persons whomsoever.
