SHORT FORM OFy~l10RTGAGE
This I~iortgage. dated the 4th day of March A. D. 19 71 , by and between
Allan L. Saylor ~,d Jeanne M. Saylor
hereinafter called the Mortgagor~ and Administrator of Veterans Affairs, an Officer
of the United States of America, and his successors in such office, as
such, and his or their assigns,
hereinafter called the Mortgagee,
WITNESSETH, that for valuable considerations, the said Mortgagor does hereby ~ant, bargain, sell
and convey unto the said Mortgagee and his assigns, all that certain parcel of land of which the said
Mortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actual possession, situated in the County of St. Lucie
and 3tate of Florida, described as follows: Lot 36, Block 50 of RIVER PARK SUBDIVISIO~N,
UNIT 5, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, page 31,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the rents, issues
and profits oi the above described property (provided, however, that the Mortgagor shall be entitled to
collect and retain the said renta, issues and pro~its until default hereunder); and all fiatures now or here-
after attached to or used in connection with the premises herein desczibed and in addition thereto the fol-
lowing described household sppliances, which are and shall be deemed to be~' fuctures and a part of the
realty, and are a portion of Lhe security for the indebtedness herein mentioned. _ ~

The Mortgagor hereby covenants with the Mort~agee, that he is ~eized oi said rarid ~n fee sitnple or

said land, and every part thereof, and will defend the same against the lawful claim+s of all persons
whomsoever.
PROVIDED ALWAYS, that if the Mortgagor should pay to the hiortgagee that certain promissory
note of even date herewith, made by the Mortgagor and payable to the order of the Mortgagee in the

! may become due and owing hereunder and secured hereby, and shall faithfully and promptly comply with
~ and perform each and every other covenant and provision herein on the part of the Mortgagor to be ;
complied with and petformed, and every other covenant and provision as contained in that blank or master
form of mort$age, which is incorporated herein by reference as if set out herein in full, then these presents
~ shall be void and reteased at the expense of the Mortgagor, otherwise to remain in full force and effect. The
said blank or mastsr form of mortgage was recorded on February 13, 1970, in the Official Records of the
~ Clerk of the Circuit Court of the following counties in Florida in the Official Records Volume and at the
~ page designated after the name of each county, to-wit: (except that it was recorded in Bradford, Brevard,
~ Duval and Suwannee Counties on February 9, 1970, and in Dade County on February 10, 1970)
