WARRANTY DEED ' '
THIS WARRANTY DEED made the 4~ day of March,
1971, by B. ROY LOWE and IVA L. LOWE, his wife, herein-
after called the grantor, to JOHN F. CASNER and PATRICIA
CASNER, his wife, whose postoffice address is 303 Angle
Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby qrants,
bargains, sells,--aliens, remises, releases, conveys and con-
firms unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

excepting therefrom the East 152.9 feet.
