That the undersigned, EFFIE A. PURPURA, in considera- ~
~tion of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid and other good
;and valuable considerations, the receipt and sufficiency whereof is

'hereby acknowledged, does hereby sell, assign, transfer, set over
and deliver to the EFFIE PURPURA TRUST the following:

by Mabel Corporation, a Florida corporation,
' to Center Lake Corporation, as Trustee, said
~ mortgage being dated September 2, 1965, and
recorded September 20, 1965, in Official
Records Book 127, page 109, public records
of St • Lucie County, Florida, together ~rith
~ the promissory note secured by said mort-
gage in the original principal sum of
~ $64,000.00 with interest at the rate of
six per cent (6~) per annum.
