1. That Harold M. Colby, a resident of Yolusia County, Florida. died
on or about September 29. 1968 in Ormond Beach, Volusia County, Florida. ~
leaving a Last Will and Testam ent, which has been duly admitted to probate
in this Court, pursuant to Petition for Probate of Will filed herein by the peti-
tioner, the allegations of which are made part of this Petition.
