UNNECESSARY
THLS CAUSE having ~been heard upon the sworn petition of Dorothy
Truex for an Order Declaring Administration Unnecessary in the Estate of
Harold M. Colby, deceased, and the Court having considered said petition
and evidence presented in support thereof, and the Court being fully satisfied
that said estate is entitled to the special benefits of Chapter ?35. Florida
Statutes, pertaining to administration unnecessary in certain estates. that
the averments contained in the aforesaid petition are true, and that there has
; been no concealment of any material fact, does find as follows:

~ 1. The averments contained in said petition are true and said estate

~ is entitled to an entry of an Order Declaring Administration Unnecesaary.

~ 2. The true cash value of said estate aggregates the sum of Two

~ Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty ($2, 850.00) Dollars.
3. That the entire estate is exempt from the claime of creditore under
~ the Constitution and Statutes of the State of Florida, and that the debts known
~
~
~ to exist againet the estate are as follows: NONE.

~ 4. That the petitioner, Dorothy Truex, is a resident of Volusia County,
~ .
- Florida, and ia the so:e peraon entitled by law to receive distribution of the
assets of the eatate.

It is thereupon ORDERED AND A.DJUDGED that the estate is not
