Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now cr hereafter erected there-
t on or placed therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
v trally controlled, used to suppty heat, gas, air conditio~ing, water, tight, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
