THIS CAUSE having been hear~ upon the sworn Petition of WINIFRED E.
McCORMICK for an Amended Order Declaring Administration Unnecessary in the
Estate of ROBERT R. McCORMI:,K, Deceased, and the Court having considered
said Petition, and the Court being fully satisfied that said estate is entitled to
the special benefits of Chapter 735, Florida Statutes, pertaining to admini~tra-
tion unnecessary in certain estates, that the averments contained in the afore-
said Petition are true, and that there has been no concealment of any material
fact, does find as follows:
1. That the averments contained in said Petition are true and that said
