WHEREAS, the Honorable John T, Brennan, State ~ttorney '
of tne vineteenth Judicial Circuit, has r=~quested the assign-
ment of another State Attorney to investigate charges pending
against Kenneth ~lacNeill and prosecute any cases arising
therefrom~ and
_ WHEREAS, the ends of justice would best be subserved by °
t'~e assignment of another State Attorney and/or any of his
dul~ qualified assistants, for the purposes set forth above;
NOt~T, THEREFORE, I~ Reubin O'D. Askew, Governor of the
State of Florida, acting under and by virtue of the authority
vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the State of
:lorida, do hereby assign, authorize and empower tne honorable
Frank Schaub, State Attorney of the ~relfth Judicial C~rcuit,
andJor any of his duly qualified assistants, as soon as is
~racticable, to proceed to the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit,
~or t:ze p~arpose of conducting an investigation of charges
pending against Kenneth ~tacNeill and to prosecute any cases
arising therefrom.
The ~aid Frank Schaub and/or any vf his duly qualified
~ ~~.aJJ1.SL3n~s, under and b~~ c*irtue of the authority here.+~ are
vested :,•ith aZl and singular the powers and prerogati~es
conferred i~y tne Constitution ar.d the Ia~as of ~he State bf
rlorida Lpon State AtteYneys ailci/or their duly qualified
assistants presiding bq virtue of an order of the Governor of
said State.
All officials and citizens of the Nineteenth Judicial
Circuit are hereby requested to cooperate with the said Frank
Scnaub anci/or his duly qualified assistants and shall render

bs served.
