; This is a second mortgage and is inferior to the first mortgage held
by First Federal Savings & Loan Association of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in the original amount of $27,700.00, recorded 1-26-71, in
~ O.R. Book 189, page 2452, in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
which mortgage the mortgagors herein assume and agree to pay.
In the event that the mortgagors default in any payment or condi-
; tion stipulated in any prior ;nortgage for a period of sixty days, or
; in the event of any default in a prior mortgage so as to cause such
' prior mortgage to be accelerated and become due and payable during
; { the continuance of this mortgage,.then the entire sums secured by
~ this mortgage shall become due and payable at the option of the mort
