ASSIGNMENT OF~MORTGAGES AND NOTES
AS COLLATERAL SECURITY
THIS INDENTURE made th3s the 3rd day of July, A. D.
1970, between HARRIS CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, a Florida
corporation, hereinafter referred to a~s the party of the first
part and ELM~t S. WARING, hereinafter referr~d to as the
party of the second part,
WITNESSETN, that the party of the first part, in c rn-
sideration of the sum of Ten and no/100 i$10.00) Dollars to
him paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby assign, transfer and set over to the said party of the
aecond part, those certain mortgages together with the promfsso
notes therein described and the money due and to become due ,
the=eon with the interest, as same accrues thereon, and all
the right, title and interest of the party of the first part
in and to the premises in the said mortqages described with
the full-benefit of all powers, riqhts, and remedies expressly
or impliedly contained therein and conferred thereby upon said
party of the first part; said mortgages, notes and contracts
