Foz value received, we promise to pay, without defal-
cation to the order of E S. ~~IARING, at the St. Lucie County
Bank in Fort Pierce, Flori the sum of FOURTEEN THOUSAND
SIX HUNDRED AND TWENTY DOLLARS and oof100 ($14,620.00) DOLLARS
together with interest from date at the rate of 10$ per
annum, on the unpaid baltince, payable in monthly installments
as follows, to-wit:
$121.83 together with accrued interest payable on
the 3rd day of August, A. D. 1970 and $121.83
together with accrued interest payable on the
3rd day of each succeeding month thereafter until
such time as this has been paid in full. This note
matures 61 months from date.
Each installment first shall be applied in payment of the
interest and then on the unpaid balance of the principal sum.
Tf default is made on the payment of any installment when due,
then at the option of the holders, and without any other
notice, all the remaining installments shall be due and payable
at once. Forbearance shall not be deemed extension, Privilege
is given to pay this note in whole or in part at any time
without pen8lty.
It is agreed between the parties hereto that this note
is secured by those certain notes a~nd mortgages as more fully
set out a~d described in that certain Assignment of Mortqaqes
and Notes as Collateral Security of even date herewith.
It if further agreed between the parties hereto that the
interest and principel payments referred to in the various
notes and mortgages mentioned above shall be paid to the
HARRIS CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, as long as this note shall
not be in default; but in the event any prepayments are made
under any of the various notes and mortga_qes, said p~epayments
