l, at page 164, of the public ~records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
together with furniture, furnishings and fixtures located in two
duplex apartments situate on said premises.
Subject to reservations, restrictions,easements and rights of way
of record; and also subject to that certain first mortgage to
First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Stuart, Florida, having
a principal balance as of this date of $4,283; and subject to that
certain second mortgage to Christopher T. Peterman and Loretta C.
Peterman, his wife, having a principal balance as of this date of
