under an Assignment by STAFAC INC., a Delaware corporation ("Assignor") `
a
dated September 1, 1964, and r~corded in official Records Book 10'L,
Page 133, of St. Iucie County, Florida, hereby: (1) releases and
quitclaims unto Assignor all right, title and interest under the
Assignment in the premises lncated at the intersection of Kings Highway
and Orange Avenue Extension in Fort Pierce, Florida, which are described
in Exhibit FLL02 thereto, and (2) consents that the Assignment be released
of record as to those premises.
