THIS CAUSE havinq come on before this Court upon the Petition ~
of NEIS R. PEARSON~ as the Executor of the Estate of CAROLINE S. KIRK~
Deceased~ and the Court having determined that it is in the best
interest of the estate that certain assets of the estate be sold in f
order to provide furids for payment of the funeral bill and other
claims agai.nst the estate, attorney`a fees and Executor`s fees~ that
the best interest of the estate will be served by sale of the real ;

progerty at a public or private sale and that the sale sYiould be for '
the swn of Five Aundred Dollars ($500.00) cash and that the corporation
shares be~sold through a licensed stock broker with membership on the
New York Stock Exchange at the then current pricej it~ thereforel is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that NELS R. PEARSON~ as Executor of the
Estate of GAROLINE S. KIRK: Deceased2 is authorized to sell the follawinq
described real prope=ty for Five Hundred Dollars 500.00) cash:
1! Lot 14 in Block 42 as shown on the plat of

~ in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court,
~ Ft. Piercej F lorida, on October 14~ 1953s in
