1971, between NELS R. PEARSON, as Executor of the Estate of Caroline
S. Kirk, deceased, Party of the First Part, and ROBERT E. DOOLEY
ar~d ANN M. DOOLEY, his wife, Parties of the Secor?d Part, whose
address is 301 East Las Olas Boulevard, Suite 608, Fort Lauderdale+
Florida,
WITNESSETH:
The Party of the First Part, pursuant ta the Order of the
County Judge's Court of Broward County, Florida, dated December
31, 1970, and in consideration of the premises and the sum of Ten
and no/100 ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable considera-
tion in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms to the Parties of the Second Part, their heirs
and assigns fo~~ever, the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida,
described as:
Lot 14 in Block 42 as shown on the Plat of
SUNLAND GARDENS~ said plat having been recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court,
Ft. Pierce, Florida, on October 14, 1953, in
Plat Book 9, Page 67,
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that
real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Parties of the Second
Part, their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with
the Parties of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns, that in
all things preliminary to and in and about the sale and this
conveyance the orders of the above-named Court and the laws of
Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
