EASEMENT DEED ~

THIS INDENTURE, made this ~day of ~~]r.1 c-~ , •

1971, between FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, as Trustee under =
Trust Agreement dated November 17, 1970, known as Trust ~2, herein-
after called the Grantor, and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation organized and created
under the laws of the United States of America, and all parties
now or hereafter holding title to any part of the land hereafter
described in Schedule B, hereinafter collectively called Grantee.
WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, for good and valuable considera-
tions, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant
and convey unto the Grantee an easement on, over and under lands
in St. Lucie County, Florida, for road and utilities more particularly
described in Schedule A attached hereto and by reference made a
part hereof.
SAID easement is granted and conveyed in perpetuity for the
` purpose of ingress and egress by the Grantee, it successors and

; assigns, and heirs and personal representatives (when applicable),

r to and from any portions of the land described in Schedule B.

~ The herein granted easement shall inure to the benefit of those

a parties hereafter acquiring title from Grantor to any part of the
~
~
~ real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly

~ described in Schedule B hereunto attached and made a part hereof.

~ THE GRANTOR expressly reserves the right to relocate any
~
~ portion of the Easement herein granted which is bound on both sides
~
' by unimproved properties, provided that such relocated Easement
~
- shall in all events be at least as wide as the Easements herein
_ created, shall fQrm a continuing Easement with those portions not
~
