Q.C ~ EASEMENT DEED ~ t THIS INDENTURE, made this ~day of ~~]r.1 c-~ , • i i 1971, between FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, as Trustee under = Trust Agreement dated November 17, 1970, known as Trust ~2, herein- after called the Grantor, and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation organized and created under the laws of the United States of America, and all parties now or hereafter holding title to any part of the land hereafter described in Schedule B, hereinafter collectively called Grantee. WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, for good and valuable considera- tions, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and convey unto the Grantee an easement on, over and under lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, for road and utilities more particularly described in Schedule A attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
