~ SHORT FORM OF MORTGAGE
This riortgage, dated the 16th ~y of March A. D. 19 71 , by and between
Arnold D. Miller and Dorothy L. Miller, his wife,
hereinaflercalled the At~rtgagor, and Administrator of Veterans' Affairs, an Officer
of the United States of America, and his successors in such office, as such,
and his or their assigns,
hereinafter called the Mortgagee,
WITNESSETH, that for valuable considerations, the said I~iortgagor dces hereby ~~t, bargain, sell
and convey unto the said Mortgagee and his assigns, all that certain parcel of land of which the said
Mortgagor is naw seized and possessed and in actual possession, situated in the County of St. LuCie
and State of Florida, described as foilows: The Westerly 3f+ feet of Lot 3~ snd the
Easterly 27 feet of Lot 4, Block 6, of WYLDWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION, as per
plat thereof on record in Plat Book 5, page 54, of the public records of
5t. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the rents, issues
and profits of the above described property (provided, however, that. the Mortgagor shall be entitled to
collect and retain the said rents, issues and profits until default hereunder); and all fixtures now or here-
after attached to or used in connection with iche premises herein described and in addition thereto the fol-
lowing described household appliances, which are and shall be deemed to be, fixtures and a part of the
realty, and aze a portion of the security for the indebtedness herein mentioned.
. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, and every part thereof, with the appurtenances of the said
liortgagor in and to the same, and every pazt and parcel th~reof, udto tli~ sai~Motl~ge~ 1n fee simple.

The Mortgagor hereby covenants with the Mortgagee, that he is seized of ea~d-~and in fee simple or
such other estate, if any, as is stated herein; and that said Mortgagor dces hereby fully warrant the title to
said land, and every part thereof, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever. ~ ~ "
; PROVIDED ALWAYS, that if the hiortgagor should pay to the ~lortgagee that certain promissory
; note of even date herewith, made by the Alortgagor and pal~able to the order of the Mortgagee in the

; principal sum of THIRTEEN THOUSAND and tio/100- Dollars, payable in monthly install-

; ments to principal ar.d interest of $100. 79 starting on the 16th day of April

' 19 71 , and if not sooner paid the final payment being due on the 16th day of March

~ 1991 , or any extensions or renewals thereof and shall fuliy pay all other indebtedness or liability that
~ may become due and owing hereunder and secured hereby, and shall faithfully and promptly eomply with
x and perform each and every other covenant and provision herein on the part of the Mortgagor to be
~ complied with and petformeci, and every other covenant and provision as contained in that blank or master
~ form of mortgage, which is incorporated herein by reference as if set out herein in full, then these presents
~ shall be void and released at the expense of the ~4ortgagor, otherwise to remain in full force and effect. The
~ said blantc or master form of mortgage was recorded on February 13, 1970, in the Official R.ec~rds of the
ar . Clerk of the Circuit Court of the following counties in Florida in the Official Records Volume and at the
~ page designated after the name of each county, to-wit: (except that it was recorded in Bradford, Brevard,
~ Duval and Suwannee Counties on February 9. 1970, and in Dade County on February 10, 1970) .
