2. Your Affiant and Affiant's former spouse, OSCAR GILBTRT
acquired title to said property by deed recorded March 24, 1952, and
recorded in Official Records Book 1?2~ Page 143, in the Public Re-
cords of St. Iucie County, Florida. Your Affiant and said spouse
were married to each other prior to the date of said deed and remained
married to each other continuously until the death of Ailiant's
spouse which occurred in the Town of Riverhead, County of Suifolk

and State of New York on November 3, 1955 and buried in Fort Pierce,
