pave and maintain in its entirety a right-of-way over and upon the real ! z
; property described in Exhibit "A" attached Mereto and incorporated ' `
~ herein, including the right to erect and maintain a sign at the northern j 1

The easement granted hereby is intended to be and shall be ~ ~
for the benefit of and~as~~an easement appurtenant to the real propert

described in Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein, or any
~ portion ~hereof The grantor and its rantees and assi ns shall
~ have t e rig~t to use such easemen~ in common with ~he grantee of
the easement and its grantees and assigns. -

_ ` The easement granted hereby is intended to and shall run with
~ th real pro~erty heretofore described. A condition of the grant of
~ t~is ease ent i that the grantee shall construct and maintain.in
i perpetuity a 25~-wide paved road centered on and along the l~ngth
E of said easement.
