TNIS INDENTURE, made Chis J day of February, 1971,
between CENTRAL BANK AND TRUST COi~'ANY, of Miami, Florida, a
corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of
` Florida and duly authorized to accept and execute trusts witbin
the State of Florida, noC personallq, but as Trustee under the .
provisions of a deed or deeds in trust duly recorded and de-
livered to said Trust Company in pursuance of a certain Trust
Agreement, dated the 3rd day of July, 1957, and known as Trust
Number 57-147, party of the first part, and P'ORT PIERCE FIELDS
PLAZA, a Joint Venture composed of MELYIN F. SEMBLER, married,
FRED A. BESNARA, single, ALBERT C. DANGLER, married,and NICHOI~?S ;
MANOS, married, havfng offices at 2600 Ninth Street North, St. ~
Petersburg, Florida 33734, party of the second part. '

WITNESSETH, that said party of the ffrst part, in considera-

good and valuable consideration in hand paid, does hereby grant `
