hereby secured, and shall not commit, permit ar suffer any a
strip or waste of the said premises or property and shall ~

keeg and perform cach and every the covenants and agreements
herein set forth, at the time and in the mani~er herein -
specified.
THIRD: That if def:~ult shall be made in tlie payment
of the said sums of money or any part thereof, as provided
in the aforesaid promissory note or notes, or as may otherwise
bec ane due hereunder, as the same shall respectively become
due and payable, or if ~he interest due thereon, or upon any

part thereof, shall be in default for 3~ days, or if

' default shall be made in the payment of taxes or assessments ~
of any kind or character, as hereinbefore set.for~h, or if
the Mortgagor shall fail or refuse to insure said property
as herein provided or to pay the premium therefor, or to
immediately become a member of the said SEALD-SWEET GROZaERS,
INC, or to ship or to continue to ship all of said citrus
fruit through SEALD-S~~IEET GROWERS, INC. for the period herein
provided, or to keep or perform any of the covenants, promises }

or agreements herein to be kept and performed, then and in that
event the Mortgagee may, without notice to the Mortgagor,

declare all of the sums of money hereby secured as ~immediately
due and pa~able and to foreclose this mortgage for the same,
anyt}iing in said note or notes to the contrary notwithstanding;
and the filinq of a foreclosure suit shall be an exercise of
its option so to do, and in suclz foreclosure suit proceedi»gs
the Mortgagee shall be entit~ed, without noL-ice to the Mortgagor,
