insurer; furnlture. fixtures, equipnent, and office supplies, end to hold
ail such assets pending further Orders of this Court.
3. Proceed to collect any and all debts due and owing Respondent.
lncluding. but not 11m1ted to. funds held by aqents. subagents, producing
agents . brokers , sol i ci tors , servl ce representatl ves . or others . of the
Responde~t, under agency contracts or otherwlse, due and unpaid to Respondent,
lncluding unearned conmissions, agents' balances an~ agc 's' reserv~ funds
held by Respondent or others v~tthin thls State.
4. Apply to this Court for further instructlons in the discharge
of its duties. '
5. Appolnt one or more Assistant Deputy Anciliary Receivers to
act for 1t and to employ such counsel, accountants. clerks, and assis tants
i as it deems necessary, and further authorizing the caapensatlon of such
; deputies, counsel. accountants. clerks, and asslstants and all expenses of

teking possesslon of the assets of ~espondent and of conducting these
; proceedi nqs as fi xed by the Anci 11 ary Recei ver and approved by thls Court,
