BY THE SEA, INC. , a Florida corporation (hereinafter referreci to as

pro~erty froni Property Management Group. Inc. , said A~reement providing
that WINDMILL VILLAGE had the right to exercise options to purchase
additional parcels of land in the future, and
" V'JHEREAS, on the 3rd day of April, 1970, 11l'INDMILL VILLAGE entered

~ into a Developn~ent Loan Agreement with Mortgagee by the terms of ~vhich

~ M~rtgagee agreed tc~ advance certain sums of money to WINDMILL VILLAGE,

- and pursuant to which WINDMILL VILLAGE executed its Promissory Note of

~ same date in the amount of $300, 000. 00 to Mortgagee, secured by an original !
