HomeMy WebLinkAbout0237 . ~ ~ O ~ v ~ WARRANTY DEED "~i~' THIS WARRANTY DEED Made the day of , 1971, by PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP, INC., a Florida corporation with: its principal place of business located in Martin County, Florida, hereinafter called.the Grantor, to ROBINSON CALLEN, as Trustee, whose post office address is 910 Arcade Building, Lakeland, Florida, 33801, hereinafter called the Grantee; WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: All that part of the South 500 feet (as measured along the right of way of State Road A-1-A) of Government Lot 2, Section 12, Township 37 South, Range 41 East, lying Easterly of said State Road A-1-A; LESS and EXCEPT all that part conveyed to Landmark Villas, Inc., a Florida corporation, by Warranty Deeds recorded in Official Records Book 182, Page 1395 and'Official Records Book 187, Page 2792 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. SUBJECT to that certain first mortgage given by ~ Grantor to Philip Weiner, as Trustee, dated December 23, 1968 and recorded in Official Records Book 174, Page 2902, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records.
