by that certain note, upon the follaroving described property situate, lying and
being in St. Lucie C~nty, State af Florida, to wit:
From the intersection of the East-Weat 1/4 section line and the
centerline of U. S. Highway No. 1, in section 22, Township 35' South,
Range 40 East, run East 40 f eet to the East right af waq of tT. S.
Highway No. 1, thence run South along said right of way 1403. 02 feet
to the point af beginning, thence continue South 400 feet, thence run
East parallel with the 1/4 section line 400 feet, thence run North
parallel with the 1/4 section line 400 feet to the point of beginning;
less the West 83 feet.
ha,s received full payment of said indebtedness, and does hereby acknowledge ~
satisfaction of said mortgage.
