Gentiemen:
In oonsideration of the payment to me/us by you of $1,00 and othe~ good and valuable oonsideration which
I/we have received, I/we and those holdi~g through (ne/us, grani and give to you and your successors an easement
for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys„ cabies,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be instalted from time to time; with the ~ight to reconstruct. improve, add
to, change the size of or remove such facitities or any of them; to permit the attachment af conduits, wires or
cabfes of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear al! trees, brush and undergrowtf~ or othe~ -
obstruciior~s that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our pro- ~
perty described as follows:
The East of the Southeast ~g of the Northeast of Section 11, ~
moxnship 35 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie Cownty, Florida, sub~ect '
to rights of way for road and c~rainage purposes of recerd.
More particularly described as ar~ easement f ive feet in width,
the ceriterline of which is 42.5 feet northerly of and paraZ2e1 to
the South line of the North ~ of the ~ection.

By accsFtance of this Easement, Florida Power and Light Company
does hereby remise, relinquish, release, quitclaim, vacate and abandon
any ri~hts contained in the easement granted by Adams-Whiddon Corp.,
dated Januar 22, 1971 and recorded as File No. 204087 in O.R. Book
189, pages 2~07 an~3 2808, Pu~?lic Records of St. Lucie ~ounty, Florida.
