WITNESSETH: Sublessor does lease, rent, let and demise, and by these presents does Iease, rent, let and demise unto said Sublessee an equal undivided ~ _ inter,est in the property more fully described in that certain Lease Agreement between IANDI~ARR VILIAS, INC., a Florida Corgoration of Jensen Beach, Florida, as Lessor, and VILIA DEL SOL, ZNC., dated the 23rd day of January, I970, and ~ recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page 1384 of the public records of St. = Lucie County, Florida, as a~nded by instrimment dated August 19, 1970, recorded in Official Record Book 187, page 2804, public records of St. I.ucie ~ _ ~ x County, Florida.
