9.
COSTS A1TD ATTOR\EYS FEES. In any proceeding arising because
of a default by one of the parties, the nondefaulting party shall be
able to collect reasonable attorneys fees, expenses and costs arising
from the default.
10.
COT~TTIO:~S. This Agreement shall be binding upon and enure to
the benefit of the heirs, successors, assigns and personal representa-
tives of the parties.
