THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the day of March

of which is hereby acknowledged, by these presents dces grant, barqain,
sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto Grantee, all that
certain land and real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, de-
scribed as follows: ~

NO. 1 accorcTin`g to the Declaration of Condominium thereof
as recorded in Official Records Book 189, on pages 1887
