a certain note in the principal sum of $17, 750. 00, dated November 16, 1970, ~
to SIDNEY D. ANSIN, which note was secured by certain real estate described

in a mortgage of even date therewith, recorded in Official Record Book 13$ ,
~age ~ 383 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, ~'VILLIAM E, GLOVER, Trustee, has requested ~
SIDNEY D. A:VSIN to release certain real property described in said mortgage
and to substitute therefor certain other reai property as hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the surri of TEN AND NO/ 100
DOLLARS ($10. 00) and other good and valuable considerations, this day in
hand paid by the parties to this agreement, each to the other, receipt of which
each of the parties hereby acknowledge, the mortgagee, SID~IEY D. ANSIN
does hereby remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operation of the said mortgage unto the said mortgagor, its suc-
'i cessors and assigns, t-hose certain premises conveyed by said mortgage

i recorded in Official Record Book , Page ~383 , of the Public Records

~ of St. Lucie County, Florida, aforementioned, and referring specifically `

St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ the fee simple title to those certain pieces of real estate hereinafter de- ,

scribed, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey +
and confirm unto the said SIDNEY D. ANSIN, in fee simple, all those certain
